The History Of Miller Residential
Miller Flooring Company was incorporated in 1989 by our owner Bill Miller. At its inception, hardwood flooring was the heart and soul of the services.
Today, we have a sports construction side of the business handling commercial aspects while Miller Residential specializes in flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, home gyms and courts, and lifestyle construction. We also continue to specialize in sanding and finishing hardwood.
Our team is design-driven and works hard to assist customers with not only designing their projects, but coordinating with the installers and field crews to ensure a fully executed job. Our professional, high quality services have allowed us to become the flooring company of choice for many local building contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners. We are fully insured and bondable.
Miller Flooring is also an active associate member of the National Wood Flooring Association and Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association.

Natale Miller
Sales and Production
Natale Moore oversees sales and production development at Miller Residential. As a second-generation member of Miller Flooring, she learned about the construction and flooring industry from an early age.
A Philadelphia native, Natale attended Unionville High School before graduating from The Ohio State University with a background in Journalism and Communications. At Ohio State, she played for the nationally-ranked women’s lacrosse team.
After graduating college, Natale worked in research and production for the Associated Press and Sirens Media. She joined Miller Residential in 2014. “I was excited to begin working with clients to become part of a solution in their homes,” Natale says. “We help homeowners transform a space that’s a better fit for their taste and lifestyle.”
Natale has been with her husband Eric for more than 15 years. They have four girls, a boxer named Tyson and a tabby cat named Prince. When she’s not working, she enjoys ski trips, running, beach days, and watching her children play every sport under the sun.
Tim Sheehan
Project Manager
Tim Sheehan has worked in the hardwood floor industry for more than 30 years. He joined Miller Commercial as a Project Manager before moving over to the Miller Residential team.
A native of Pittsburgh, Tim graduated from Edinboro University with a BFA in Commercial Photography and Design. Working with art directors, designers and owners in the photography studio instilled a deep attention to detail. This trait helps him successfully fulfill the demands of precision hardwood flooring work.
Tim and his wife Stacey live in Phoenixville with their daughter Shaina, who will graduate from Duquesne University in 2024. They share their home with a variety of four-legged creatures, at one time fostering 13 dogs over the course of a year. When Tim is not working, he enjoys the outdoors and a renewed interest in canoeing and kayaking.
Michael Bellopode
Project Manager
A native of Southwest Philadelphia, Mike Bellopede has been working in the flooring industry for several years. His experience involves restoring floors that have been badly damaged through meticulous sanding and refinishing.
Mike attended Bartram High School before working in the mailroom of a larg company in Center City. He became interested in working in flooring after working with his brother-in-law, an experienced contractor. “I take pride in my work and seeing how each project comes out in the end,” he says.
Mike currently lives in Tinicum, PA. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time at his family’s home at the shore in Cape May Court House.
