Restoring Wood Flooring for a Historic Chadds Ford Home

Kendall Crossings enlisted Miller Residential to restore the historic flooring of their farmhouse, which serves as a guest cottage for family members visiting residents of the community.

When the pine flooring was sanded, it turned a light green and tan color. Using three coats of stain, the team was able to build a rich brown stain for the wide wooden flooring.

The owners were extremely pleased with how the stairs and flooring turned out.
