Updated Flooring for a Beloved Beach House
A Stone Harbor beach house that has been owned by three generations of family members had been well loved and used by many guests over the years. The owners needed to update both levels of the home with new carpet and flooring.
Working with Miller Residential, the homeowners chose commercial grade carpeting and LVT flooring to withstand summer renters. The entire first and second floor of the home was replaced, and a hidden air vent was even discovered, adding much needed air flow.
The new flooring and carpeting give the home a bright, airy, and coastal look, and the clients couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
